Movement embodies an entire philosophy of living.
Our studio is rooted in the foundation of the practices of Yoga Asana (poses), meditation (stillness), Pranayama (breath) and personal reflection (inquiry).
With extensive study, knowledge, and experience in these practices, Michelle believes that regularly practicing these three disciplines provides a solid foundation for creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Our weekly classes take place on
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 8:30–9:30 AM.
Private sessions can be scheduled by request.
We also offer a full range of yoga-based events and workshops throughout the month.

Weekly Yoga: $20/session or $100/month
Individual Private Session: $150/hour

A practice of physical postures. Yoga asana helps to connect the body and mind, supporting overall well-being and balance.
A practice of quieting the mind. Meditation helps you connect with the present moment, reduce stress, and enhance mental focus.
A practice of conscious breathing. Pranayama helps to center the body, balance emotions, and bring greater awareness to the present moment.
A practice of self-exploration. This aspect of yoga helps cultivate awareness, deepen your understanding of self, and support personal growth through thoughtful questions and mindful reflection.

If you enjoy community and a structured practice, group classes are a great option. Private lessons offer personalized attention and are ideal for those seeking individualized guidance or focusing on specific goals.
The main difference is yoga classes aren't necessarily tailored to your needs nor do they involve a personal development portion. Yoga classes are done in groups and still provide a lot of benefits for those who haven't experienced a yoga class. Private sessions on the other hand, are more one on one, tailored to you and incorporate some aspect of personal development.
Preferred payment method is cash, though Noble also accepts payments via Zelle, Venmo and CashApp
Noble provides Yoga classes to teach our fundamental basics and philosophy.
If you prefer something more private, Noble also provides private 1:1 classes to dive into what interests you most!
Couple’s sessions bring relationships back to their roots. Through guided breath work, playful movement and connection building relationships are strengthened and awakened to a new level.
