Drawing from practices such as therapeutic movement, breath-work, guided relaxation, sound therapy, bio-field techniques, and coaching, Michelle tailors each session based on your individual needs.
There is no fixed protocol—each session is guided by careful observation, professional experience, and a deep understanding of how the body and mind respond to stress, tension, and imbalance.
These sessions are offered without a set fee.
You are welcome to contribute what feels appropriate at the completion of your session.
