Whether you've been on the self discovery and therapy train for a while or fairly new to starting a journey for self improvement, this program is for anyone who has the same common goal: embracing growth and transformation
Through 12 weeks of a very carefully thought out and tool based program, you'll go through deep introspection while putting into practice new teachings, movement, journaling, among other methods to guide you week-by-week, into your most authentic self.
Some of the changes others have experienced from our program to name a few:
Welcome to the Season of Empower! This is the first step in your Journey to Self Program composed of 12 weeks of deep and meaningful work. Done both at an individual level as well as having group sessions, each week you’ll get time with Michelle to start learning more about different ways of incorporating new tools into your life on the way to become the best version of you! From yoga, breath work, guided meditation and personal reflection, we cover a lot of bases in just 12 weeks. In this season, you’ll start to deconstruct and shift out of limited thinking and open up to possibility - creating a pathway to freedom.
Similar to winter hibernation, Season II: Evolve is the part of the program for you to enjoy the learnings of Season I and put them to the test! Composed of 12 weeks, this program focuses on a deeper self discovery journey! As many of us like to lay low and reflect during the winter months, Season II takes things to the next level. Here, you’ll start to notice how your surroundings slowly start to change as you have worked on mindset shifts and take it one step further. This is where Michelle will help you find clarity on your purpose in all areas of your life! You’ll learn how to live with intention, purpose, and go further down the path to your most authentic self!
