Empower Your Yoga Journey

Transform Your Authentic Self

You will discover for yourself what is holding you back from being your true and authentic self. You will learn valuable tools that will empower you to show up as a contribution to yourself and others. You will leave the program with the ability to teach a powerful 90 minute class based on the principles of yoga, meditation and breathwork.

Training Details

We’ll meet over 12 weekends, with  one scheduled break to support rest and integration.


Saturdays | 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sundays | 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Location: Studio 108, San Antonio, Texas

Weekend Schedule

Day One- 8AM-6PM

  • Welcome
  • Meditation/Prayer
  • Vinyasa Yoga Practice
  • LUNCH
  • Program Expectations/Ground Rules
    • Create as a group 
  • Commitments/Clearings 
  • Intro to 8 limbs of yoga 
    • Why are they important to this training?
  • Introduction: Practices and Techniques: Asana, Meditation and Inquiry 
  • BREAK
  • Discussion/Journal: Fears (small groups)
  • Introduce the 3 Themes
  • Practice Teach (small groups) 
  • Giving Powerful Feedback
    • Feedback Exercise
  •  Yoga Nidra Practice 
  • End Session 


Homework: Bring Yamas and Niyamas book to class tomorrow. 


Day Two- 12PM-6PM

  • Meditation/Prayer
  • Vinyasa Yoga Practice
  • Commitments/Clearings
  • Intro to Agreement One
  • Discussion/Journal: Stuckness (small groups) 
  • Yamas: Ahimsa & Satya
  • BREAK
  • Yin practice 
  • Review Homework & Expectations
  • End Session


Homework: Practice Daily: 3 studio classes each week, daily meditation, , daily breathwork, daily journal questions,  practice teach, read the first chapter of Yamas & Niyamas.
