Studio 108 — San Antonio, Texas
Aug 16 – Nov 9, 2025
(Weekends only)
This is not just another yoga teacher training—Power to Lead is a life-changing journey of personal discovery, empowerment, and purpose.
Inspired by the methodology of Baptiste Power Yoga, this program goes far beyond learning to teach poses. You’ll be challenged to examine what’s holding you back and guided to step into the most authentic, powerful version of yourself. Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, and deep personal inquiry, you’ll gain tools to transform your life—on and off the mat.
You’ll develop leadership and communication skills, cultivate real presence, and learn how to be a stand for something greater than yourself. By the end of this training, you won’t just be ready to teach—you’ll be ready to lead.
Our graduates leave confident, capable, and committed to making an impact.
You will discover for yourself what is holding you back from being your true and authentic self. You will learn valuable tools that will empower you to show up as a contribution to yourself and others. You will leave the program with the ability to teach a powerful 90 minute class based on the principles of yoga, meditation and breathwork.
